This policy explains the very small amount of information we handle. We are a neighborhood food counter, not a data business, and we keep it that way.
From the contact form: if you fill out the “order a tray or ask a question” form, we receive the name, phone number and message you type, so we can call you back or have your order ready.
In the shop: when you buy at the counter, our card reader processes the payment through our bank's payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
Basic website logs: our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these to build profiles of visitors.
Only to respond to you, prepare and hand over your order, and keep the shop and site running. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not enroll you in anything.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. We have no subscriptions and place no recurring charges. We do not run hidden billing of any kind. There is no online checkout on this site — every sale happens in person at our counter.
